Rebecca is Vice President and General Counsel at SunRaise. Rebecca’s practice includes corporate law, acquisitions, real estate, debt and equity financing, tax equity financing, major contracting and disputes. With her previous employer, Enel Green Power, Rebecca participated in over 2 GW of acquisition and sales of renewables projects, 1.5 GW and $1.5B in renewables financing, shared facilities structuring, and other issues concerning the operation of renewable energy projects across technologies.
Rebecca is also a City Councilor for the City of Portsmouth, NH, re-elected in November 2017, where she serves as a member of the Planning Board. She has appeared as a speaker for the Seacoast Online’s 10 to Watch Competition, the Business and Industry Association, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, and NHPR’s The Exchange.
Rebecca is from Stratham, NH and a Dartmouth grad, with a J.D. from Cornell. In her free time, Rebecca can be found running around the streets of Portsmouth, hiking up north with her wife Katelyn and their dog Kip, traveling the globe, or inventing some new delicious variation on her family’s traditional Italian food.
